The brief
A replacement for a cast manifold that kept failing pressure tests. The customer sent a STEP file and a sample of the failed part.
How we made it
Machined from solid on the 5-axis so every cross-drilled port is cut in one setup. Port faces were checked on the CMM before the batch ran.
